is at once a phrase, an aphorism, a scrap of the life of Christopher Johnson McCandless (better known as Alexander Supertramp), the solitary traveller and protagonist of “Into the Wild”, the 2007 film written and directed by Sean Penn, inspired by the true story of McCandless. It isn’t just any statement, because basically it is this phrase which I want to associate with my desire to share
my “artistic practice”.
It is a candid, genuine activity though which I express my mood, and which I hope does not leave the spectator indifferent, and instead has the power to arouse curiosity, emotions and empathy in him or her.
